Organic nursery pots for US growers

Plant
the pot.

Propots are made from used coffee grounds and sugarcane. The plant goes into the ground pot and all, and within about a year the soil has taken the pot back.

Planted, pot and all

The seedling goes into the ground still in its pot. No unpotting, no root shock.

  1. 01

    It starts with coffee.

Used coffee grounds that would have gone to the trash become the body of the pot.

  2. 02

    Sugarcane holds it together.

A plant-based resin made from sugarcane binds the grounds into a pot sturdy enough for a production line.

    03

It works like any nursery pot.

Fill it, run it through your potting machine, grow, ship and sell. Nothing about your process has to change.

Then it goes back to the ground.

Plant it as it is. Roots grow straight through the walls, and in about a year the pot has become soil.
